Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Capmation, you are accountable for the successful delivery of your projects. You bring structure, clarity, and strong Agile/Scrum leadership to ensure teams stay aligned, risks are managed early, and delivery is predictable. You guide clients and the delivery team through key decisions, manage scope with discipline, and create an environment where cross-functional teams can perform at their best. Beyond execution, you strengthen Capmation’s delivery culture by modeling accountability, coaching others, and leveraging Best Practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Predictable Agile Delivery: Drive a stable sprint rhythm, ensure work meets readiness standards, remove blockers quickly, and create transparency across progress, risks, and changes.
• Facilitate High-Value Agile Ceremonies: Lead planning, standups, reviews, and retros that are purposeful, timeboxed, and drive clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement.
• Guide Project Strategy & Client Decision-Making: Look ahead several sprints to anticipate risks and dependencies. Advise clients on trade-offs, prioritization, and roadmap decisions using data and structured reasoning.
• Manage Scope, Governance & Change Control: Maintain clear understanding of project scope, evaluate change requests with business and effort impact, and uphold delivery governance across the development team.
• Own Client Communication & Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the delivery point of contact, provide structured, transparent updates, manage escalations professionally, and influence expectations through clarity and composure.
• Build a High-Performing Team Environment: Build trust, keep the delivery team accountable and partner with BAs, Tech Leads, QA, and UX to ensure shared understanding of goals, dependencies, and success criteria. Foster healthy communication and a sustainable pace.
• Mentor & Elevate Delivery Maturity: Coach PAs, PMs, BAs, and team members on Agile practices, communication, and delivery discipline. Contribute to strengthening Capmation’s internal frameworks and best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in agile software development, consulting, or similar client-facing delivery environments.
• Advanced Agile/Scrum experience, with the ability to facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, clients, and maintain predictable sprint flow.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in high-stakes or executive-level conversations.
• Experience managing scope and change control, with clear impact analysis and client alignment.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile/PM credentials.
